How long will it take before I can collect my indemnity?

There is no standard answer to this question. If the process is settled amicably, approximately 2-3 months. In individual cases it can take longer. If we have to go through legal channels it depends on factors out of our control: the city where the case is heard, court schedules... a reasonable average time frame is 6-8 months. We keep you up-to-date on the status of your case on a regular and timely basis so that you always know what happens.

How do i get information on the status of my case which is processed by Claim & Go?

We work very close with the client and are very service oriented. This means for us that you have a right to know the details of the course of your proceedings at any time. For this reason we will inform you about the status máximum 4 weeks.

Do I have to pay anything?

No. We will only charge you a success fee of 25%(+ V.A.T.) if we succeed at claiming your compensation

Which countries and airlines are subject to EU passenger rights?

The flight passenger rights stated in the EU regulation (EC) 261/2004 apply if you are leaving the EU with any airline, or arriving in the EU with an airline registered in the EU (or Iceland, Norway or Switzerland). Claim and Go helps all air passengers from all countries who have experienced delayed, cancelled or overbooked flights that are subject to this EU regulation.

What happens if we lose? How much will it cost me?

Nothing. In the event of our losing, we will assume the court costs. It's as simple as that.

Can I also file a claim based on flights from the last year?

Yes, you can authorise us up to three years after your flight date.
